Due to deadcells our skin looks dull and even wrinkles also occurs. So to avoid such problems we need to take few precautions at home.

            Take 1/4cup salt or sugar in a small bowl. Then mix olive oil in it and apply this mixture to your face and hands. Then Massage gently. After half an hour wash it. Try to do once for every 2 days. So slowly the dead cells will be removed. Then the glow of the skin increases.

            When the skin gets sufficient moisture then it will be smooth. So take 3/4rth boiled oat mill and add 2 spoons of honey, little curd, white egg yolk, ½ cup warm water. Mix them finely. When the mixture gets cool then apply it to the skin by massaging gently. After half an hour wash it. You will notice a good change in your skin.

            We should clean our skin thoroughly for every 2 to 3 days then only our skin looks healthy, fresh and no skin problems occur. So for cleaning the skin we need mixture of 1/2cup curd and 1 Spoon of honey. Then apply this mixture to your skin by massaging. Then wash your skin with cold water. If you do this process before you go to sleep there will be good result.
